Safely Productive, published in 2019,  is a leadership and workforce development approach designed to help individuals and teams better understand how personality, decision-making, and behaviour influence performance in construction and industrial environments.

Built on the Enneagram framework, this program provides practical insight into how different personality types think, communicate, respond to pressure, and engage with risk. By increasing self-awareness and understanding of others, leaders and workers are better equipped to strengthen communication, reduce conflict, and improve execution on site.
