POLICY DEVELOPMENT AND LEADERSHIP ENGAGEMENT

 WIth over 25 Years working in Construction, Mining, Manufacturing and Maintenance, Vawn brings technical expertise in policy and procedure development.  She has developed and delivered training programs for leaders and field crews across the Americas and the UK.  She has also been instrumental in training over 75 Tradespeople into the role of Construction Safety professionals.  She has considerable experience in working with Indigenous people to create sustainable employment opportunities.  Vawn is the  Founder and a member of the English River First Nation.   

 CRANE, RIGGING AND STRUCTURAL

 Our Operational team leader has 23 years in the Industrial Construction sector working as a Journeyman Structural Ironworker and as a Senior Health and Safety Manager at some of Canada's largest resource development projects.  He has extensive experience training crews in Rigging, Critical Lift planning, site prep/early works, excavation, trenching and tunnelling,  heavy hauling, infrastructure and has extensive capabilities in work at heights and elevated work platforms.  There are very few Safety professional with Duncans direct field experience and impressive technical knowledge base. 

MECHANICAL, QUALITY, COMMISSIONING, PRESERVATION

Gilbert brings extensive industrial experience as a Mechanical Superintendent, He's lead large planning teams, with a speciality in equipment preservation, QA/QC, and commissioning. Expertise includes turbine alignment, rotating and stationary equipment installation, oil field maintenance, and conveyor systems, with a strong focus on meeting schedules and budgets. He has developed and implemented large preservation programs for some of North America largest Oil and Gas producers. Certified as a Journeyman Millwright and National Construction Safety Officer, He has designed and implemented lockout/tagout procedures, welding inspection, and advanced safety training, reflecting his deep  commitment to quality, organization, and leadership in demanding environments.

 TALENT DEVELOPMENT

Tracy is a dynamic professional with over 15 years of expertise in corporate training, apprenticeship program development, and developing  and implementing temporary foreign worker programs for large Industrial projects. She has successfully designed apprenticeship programs to bridge skill gaps and managed complex workforce logistics with precision. 

PIPING, COMMISSIONING AND ERP

With over 18 years of supervisory and safety experience in industrial construction, mining, and oil and gas, Chad manages loss prevention systems to support large construction and operations projects. An interprovincial Journeyman Plumber and with an OH&S Certificate, he brings expertise in risk assessment, policy development, risk assessments, training programs  development. 

 ELECTRICAL, ENERGY ISOLATION

A Proactive Safety Leader with extensive Industrial, Maintenance, Fabrication and Commissioning and Operational experience.  Shane specializes in Industrial Electrical, Energy Isolation and Training Development and delivery. 

Shane has extensive field construction, commissioning, turnover and operations experience.  He has written extensive policy and is a Subject Matter Expert in Canadian Electrical Code.

INVESTIGATIONS AND FRAUD DETECTION

 Leading our Fraud Detection Team,  Retired RCMP Major Crime Detective, Don MacMillan worked throughout Canada and the United States, coordinated with multiple municipal provincial and federal policing agencies.  He is an expert in the gathering of intelligence on subjects and operations. He coordinated investigations on Major Crimes, worked undercover and was instrumental in the arrests of the targets of the operations. Don's meticulous in document preparation in order to provide the best information to the courts where required as he has been called upon many times to give expert opinion/ evidence during trials.
